Why is Daffy and Stella so happy??? What are they grating??
Fel and Dais in deep concentration. Fel using all her might.

Finally a smile from the 2 of them.
Yes lah, we made ais kacang from scratch. Grating it with our bare hands. I still can't quite believe it.
Here is our finish product. ( and Daisuke sitting patiently, as we snap pics of the Ais Kacang, probably thinking 'hey faster please, the ice is melting.')

We didn't just have ice kacang. Stella made a typical Mauritius Cornmeal Pudding. Before that we had a really good diner. Fel made Indonesian beef stew with bean sprouts and spicy long beans. Dais made Japanese Chicken. Daffy made Singaporean Chah Kueh! And I made Malaysian Nasi Beriani plus Vegie Curry. So exhausted from all the laughing, gonna stop here and do the lazy thingy again by asking anyone who are curious to check out the pics of ALL the yummy food at Stella, Daffy or Fel's blogs.
