Dream Team

Currently thinking of the many group meetings I have this week plus the 2 tests next week. Damn stress...
Just some thoughts on travaille en equip ( working in teams). It is crucial to get a good team otherwise things will be screwed. All I can say is I have been lucky. All my group mates for all the different modules have been great people to work with. Of course there will be one odd ball who gets on my nerves but as a whole it is pretty good. One of my groups is a group of me and 3 other British guys, plus a dearest Malaysian friend. It is always good fun going to this group meeting, we always have a good laugh working together on the craziest ideas. But of course, everyone is serious on getting good grades which does stress me a little but I guess it does push me to perform and do well, so as not to let the team down. Perhaps that is the great thing about working in teams, is you get new ideas that never cross your mind and the sky is the limit because of team dynamics and strong team bonding. And you also realised how different people are. The 3 blokes in my group are all so different which makes it a group asset. Like they say Diversity is Strength! Everyone is so enthusiastic that we are meeting at 9am on Wednesday, which is a huge commitment because Wednesday is a free day and nobody in their right mind will want to wake up so early for a discussion plus the guys stay in Leam which is 30mins bus ride from uni. And in all the seriousness and commitment there is always never lack of humour and fun. Something which is minimal in all the other groups.

ok thats all for today folks. Thoughts on Team PJ! Gonna hop off to 9am lecture. It is a long day today with extra lectures by a very committed Professor!
