ya my dad lost a lot of weight. mum is worried but i think it is just because he goes brisk walking every morning. he doesn't jog because his knees hurts.
it was quick a busy week at home. didn't have time to meet up with anyone. tried to call ah poh but no one picked up at her house or her handphone.
