Perhaps I should stop waiting and start chasing.
PS - OK am pissed cause I had to wait for an hour at the bank yesterday. I am not going to queue up for anything today. I am going back to bed which is 15 mins walk from the library. Oh another 15 mins in the rain. Damnit.
